Allegro uses OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code flow. You will be redirected to Allegro's consent page to authorize Sugibana. Allegro operates on a single marketplace (allegro.pl, Poland). Separate sandbox and production environments are available.
Ensure your Allegro seller account is active on allegro.pl. A production account is required for live order sync and stock push. Allegro sandbox accounts work against api.allegro.pl.allegrosandbox.pl and cannot access real orders.
Decide whether to connect Production or Sandbox. Sandbox credentials are separate and cannot be used against the production API.
Allegro access tokens expire after approximately 12 hours and are refreshed automatically. Refresh tokens expire after approximately 1 year. An AUTH_EXPIRY_WARNING incident fires at 30 days remaining — you must re-authorize before expiry.
On the Sales Channels page, click Connect Allegro. You will be redirected to allegro.pl (or the sandbox equivalent) to authorize access.
Log in with your Allegro seller account and approve the authorization request. Sugibana requires access to order management and inventory APIs.
After approval you are redirected back to Sugibana. The Allegro card will show Connected. Click Validate to confirm the credential is working.
Enable Order sync and Stock push toggles. Orders will start importing in the next 5-minute polling cycle.
Every Allegro API mutation (POST, PATCH, PUT) requires an Idempotency-Key header (UUID v4). Requests missing this header may be rejected or produce duplicate offers. Sugibana handles this automatically.
Orders are polled every 5 minutes via /order/checkout-forms. Both BOUGHT (confirmed orders) and READY_FOR_PROCESSING (reservations) statuses are polled.
Allegro status mapping: BOUGHT → Unshipped; READY_FOR_PROCESSING / FILLED_IN / SUSPENDED → Pending; CANCELLED → Cancelled.
All Allegro API calls require Accept: application/vnd.allegro.public.v1+json and Content-Type: application/vnd.allegro.public.v1+json. Plain application/json is rejected with a 415 or 406 error.
Stock push targets offer-level quantity via PATCH /sale/product-offers/{offerId}. The allegro_offer_mapping table must have a row for each SKU.
Run the SKU Alignment Wizard to match existing Allegro offers to Sugibana SKUs and populate the offer mapping table.
Allegro's legacy /sale/offers endpoints are deprecated (since 2024). Sugibana uses the current /sale/product-offers API exclusively.
